Should you encounter any minor manufacturing hiccups, sizing discrepancies, or if you've accidentally ordered the wrong product please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We want you to love your Backy product!

Backy does NOT accept returns for visibly worn products including products with any signs of damages, extensive wear, distress, or pilling.
